This recipe is easy to make. It is done in a frying pan.
Mix 100g of powdered sugar with 1 sachet of vanilla sugar and 2 eggs until the shuffle turns white.
Add 100g of flour, 1/2 sachet of baking powder and 1 pinch of salt.
Pour 10cl of milk then 3 tablespoons of oil while continuing to mix.
In a frying pan, fry 2 apples peeled and cut into small pieces with a little butter.
Pour the batter over the fruit in the pan.
Cover and cook for 10 minutes over low heat.
Turn the cake over in the panHelp a plate and bake for about 5 minutes.
All you have to do is enjoy your masterpiece.
