Good evening,
Everything starts with a gift won on the gift window on 25/02/2011 and noted "sent on 4/03/2011. So far so good. On 15/03, still seeing nothing coming, I asked customer service if this delay seemed normal (?) Answer the next day, "maybe the post office is late (yes, we can say it!), wait a few more days". Okay, I'll hold. Today 18/03, I finally receive the gift (yeah!!!!!) but, disappointment, it is not the expected "Chess Academy on PC" game but the game "Poker Academy Pro Edition" (????).
However, the accompanying letter does mention the game requested and sent on 14/03 (and not on 4/03!).
Well, it's probably a mistake! It doesn't matter, if the game was interesting... but it's not!
Well, I go to make a complaint to customer service through the application submission and bam! impossible to finalize because the game I should have received is not in the proposed list!!!!
So, although my little story is not very exciting, can someone help me solve this problem?
