As for the score differential from one game to another, each game is independent of the other. Each game balances itself according to the scores achieved by all the players. So for all players, each game wins the same thing. No game is favoured or penalized. If your daughter often scores 150 Points on the Bishop's Square, it simply means that compared to all the players in this game, she scores very high.

Indeed, a 170 and/or 580 game would reveal the probabilistic system.
Apart from that, my maximum score in the new version is 87 points, with 4 Yams scored, which is almost the maximum. However, my daughter plays on the Carré du Fou, and very often she scores 150 points, 2 to 3 X out of 15 Rounds.
