I used to go for a while to one of the sites called "players' forum" (there are several of them with that name) but people go there mostly to try to find sponsored friends, or to talk about new paid online gambling sites, poker and others... nothing very interesting, no mutual support, few answers, little sympathy... but if someone has a good address, I am a supporter 😎

Nearly two years since I played on this site. Everything was perfect. Good prize to choose from the shop. Different jackpot prizes up for grabs ! every day for the first in the ranking. Same for the monthly ranking with several levels. Of course if you want to win you have to invest by buying potions because it is not with free rounds that you hope to win something. Personally, all the big wins I had the chance to win or choose were nikel, nothing to blame on this side.
When the new version is put into service last summer, all this spoils: repeated beugs, uncredited points, prize taken away that does not appear in my account... Some winnings are not sent within 90 days as specified in their Rules and Regulations. No customer service not responding to messages except when threatened. Before the new version, there was the possibility of contacting them by telephone and there we were able to settle disputes. Since the new version, the phone contact is still there but when you call them you come across the site's host. As a result, it is impossible to solve the problems. So you have to fight, be patient and harass them with messages to win.

The site, however, starts from a good idea: "Earn thanks to others" ... only this concerns a tiny Round of the site and therefore a tiny Round of your earnings ...
I find that the site takes the players for idiots, in several ways: (the list of problems that I encountered on the site is not exhaustive ... it would be too long to read otherwise!!!!
-Through the flagship game (Super Pactole wheel .. but this is generalizable for a large Round of their games). The site touts a game of total chance, saying that there are 100 segments on the wheel, so there's a 1 in 100 chance of hitting the jackpot. Just look at the account history of Winners and keep informed of the animations to account that luck has nothing to do with the game. Winning Rounds are only won because they were played on a certain day, at a certain time, date chosen by the webmaster... and not because we fell on this chance out of 100!
-The last time, an animation was proposed from 12 to 18H. This animation offered to trigger a jackpot on a game every XX Rounds played on this game, and while there were only a few Rounds left, the animation was oddly stopped at 5:54 p.m. without notice, preventing the jackpot from triggering and well safe without any compensation for the players.
-Ditto on this kind of animation, where the counter goes oddly from 10 to 150 remaining Rounds without triggering the jackpot ... incident for which the customer service remains silent and does not respond to any message ...
However, the customer service is responsive when the messages are not embarrassing, and the winnings, once won, are really and quickly sent.
In short, if you Play it, I strongly encourage you to desert this site, whose pleasure of Play has been ruined by the too apparent desire of the Pactole site to fill their pockets!!!
