I have won Prizes in Sponsor a Friend winnings but I can't do anything with them (I can't exchange them for points...). The status is not filled in, it seems that they are waiting for processing by the administrators. What does that mean? Is it going to take long? Should I do something or just wait?

Hello,
Ben if I've already contacted them but they just told me that my winnings were waiting to be processed by the admins... I asked for clarification but I don't have an answer (and it's been more than 72 hours 😂).
In short I don't know if I should do something (like prove the existence of my sponsored friends for example) or if I should just attendre😕
