Indeed, bugs can occur during the Rounds played... much to our dismay... 😥
As you say Milie, we are compensated when we call on customer service.
So that these bugs do not become the usual routine, I renew my advice, namely to Play your Rounds outside of "peak" hours (from 12 to 2 p.m. it's horrible!, from 5 to 8 p.m. is not better and finally, 00h (midnight "the hour of crime", better not be around! 😂) That's outside of these time slots, you will encounter a lot fewer bugs than before (with all the same 1 or 2 bugs here and there but nothing too bad)

Hello,
When I play the hippo bool, it happens that during the Round the three balls to place disappear. I am then forced to leave the game (which makes me a wasteful Round) before coming back to the game. This happens to me about 2 to 3 times out of the 15 possible gartuite Rounds.
Is there a solution? Is this a bug in the game?
